The Yoga Sanctuary is the one and only purpose built yoga centre in Rotherham offering high quality techniques to help with:

• Managing and relieving pain in various joints - spine, knee, back, shoulder, hips
• Learning stress coping skills

We offer a courses of yoga and also drop-In sessions, please see the courses within our store.

The drop-In session times are as follows:
Monday 10.00am - 12.00 noon
Monday 1.00pm - 3.00pm
Wednesday 6.45pm - 8.45pm
Thursday 6.00pm - 8.00pm
