Description

Our qualified nurses and experienced carers at Parkfield House give individually tailored and specialised care to our residents. We cater for residents who are unable to care for themselves in their own home due to frailty or who have chronic medical conditions. We also provide care to those residents that have a diagnosis of dementia and residents that have enduring mental health problems.

Our Care
The nursing staff that are employed at Parkfield House are Registered Nurses and have experience working with residents with dementia and enduring mental health problems.

The care staff have NVQ qualifications, or a level 2/3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

Parkfield House provides personal care and nursing care over a 24 hour period, we also liaise closely with local social services and healthcare providers. We access community mental health expertise as and when required for our residents with enduring mental health problems.
