Service users will only have assistance and prompting with medication, creams and ointments that are prescribed by their doctor.

• Prompting with medication as prescribed by your doctor
• Creams and ointment application as prescribed
• Dropping and picking up repeat prescriptions
• Assisting by bringing container with medication to service user
• Checking or observing medication has been taken
• Applying creams and lotions that are available over the counter
• Dispensing medication from a dosing pack prepared by pharmacists
• Removing single medication from blister pack or container
• Recording medication as taken
