Description
Hypnotherapy is a powerful treatment for many conditions from depression and anxiety to weight loss. In therapy, hypnosis usually involves the person experiencing a sense of deep relaxation with their attention narrowed down, and focused on appropriate suggestions made by the therapist. It is these suggestions that help people make positive changes within themselves. The therapist is able to suggest ideas, concepts and lifestyle changes to the patient and these get planted within the subconscious mind.
This service is available Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm, evening appointments upon request.
