Specialise in musculoskeletal injury and pain. I work with a wide range of clients, from sports people & sporting injuries people recovering from major surgery or physical injury or recovering from chronic illness. I also treat clients who are managing long term conditions, and those managing occupational pain and muscular stains and fatigue sustained in the day to day working life.

Your initial appointment will include a full clinical assessment of your needs, stance and gait analysis, and range of movement analysis, to best asses any musculoskeletal issues you may have and to accurately target your treatments. Following initial assessments, you will be asked to either lie on a treatment couch, or sit on a specialist massage chair for your treatment. If you don't feel mobile enough to do this, I can treat people from their own beds or armchairs also.

A light oil is applied to the skin, to avoid dragging while I manually massage and manipulate the muscles and soft tissues using a variety of clinical techniques, to help relieve symptoms and improve range of movement and comfort in those muscle groups.
Treatments  can happen either at my clinic based in Golcar, Huddersfield, or, if you are unable to travel I have all the mobile equipment and facilities treat you in your own home.
