Description

Mini Breaks are an opportunity for people to come and visit a Short Break Unit for up to 3 hours on a week night. Meals may be booked and paid for separately as required.

Your Support
Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able.

This session price is per hour and includes shared support, assuming that the individual is independent with their personal care and rarely needs support to manage their interaction with others. We will be there for you for short periods of support as and when you need us. If 1-1 support is required to support the individual this will be charged separately at our additional 1:1 hourly rate
