LIM offers a range of domiciliary care services in your own home to suit your needs, whether on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis – Monday to Sunday for a minimum of 30 minutes.

LIM provides the following care and support services:
• Help with person care tasks such as bathing, feeding, or administering medication.
• Help with domestic task such as shopping, laundry, cleaning, and ironing.
• Help to prepare meals daily.
• Escort services to hospital appointments, shopping trips or other agreed services.
• Day and night respite care.
• Waking night services, where a carer stays awake to ensure your health and wellbeing.
• Sleeping night, where a careers stay with you during the night.

The level of support provided to each client is tailored to the individual’s needs and capability, to empower them to deal with issues; to remain independent and in control of their own lives. We will meet with you to assess your needs and agree a care plan which will remain in your home.

We provide services for; Adults who require additional support at home. Individuals who live in sheltered accommodation or shared supported living services. Families who require help with domestic services.
