The UK Snooker Awards is a modular programme as follows:
Red Award: Rules of snooker, basic stance, cue action, scoring and equipment
Yellow award: History of snooker, numeracy, literacy and sportsmanship
Green Award : Team building and concentration skills
Brown Award: Snooker cue workshop, numeracy/literacy, risk management
Blue award: Angles, psychological techniques, design a snooker cue
Pink Award: Nutrition and eat-well plan, snooker facilities workshop. Deliver Red Award to a new group of learners.

The UK Snooker Awards scheme of work is designed to achieve positive outcomes and deliver successful outputs, yielding quantifiable results. Each award holds a value of 1 GCSE credit. The UK Snooker Awards is accredited and moderated by Asdan.

All participants course work is evidenced and recorded. Students progress through the awards programme to become tutors themselves, delivering the courses to new groups of learners. Providing pathways to FE/ FTE.
