Complex AssistanceWith our Complex Assistance plan, your Promedica24 carer will perform all the functions of the other two plans - looking after your care, home, welfare and happiness, and tending to aspects of daily life that make it satisfying even as your condition develops.

However, here, your carer will also have been professionally trained to cope with many complex and demanding care routines, and will coordinate with your medical team, remaining on standby to provide vital assistance.

Note: we do not charge a premium rate for weekend or bank holiday
