Walking Netball is a slowed down version of the game. It is netball at a walking pace - designed so that anyone can play regardless of age or fitness level

I call the group Woodside Walking Netball -It is affiliated with England Netball. I provide Walking Netball Sessions Every Thursday as a Fun :Fitness and Friendship for All.
