We support adults with learning disabilities to live in their own home.

The service consists of a very varied range of properties offering a wide range of support packages. Each package is tailored to suit individual needs and requirements; this can include, support with managing budgets, shopping, personal care, accessing social activities, and holidays. Some of the homes are single tenancies and some are shared.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
