This course will demonstrate how life is not always about services and that with enough time to plan and think outside the box people can achieve a life that makes sense to them. We will also explore how people, with their circle of support, can take the lead during transition.

Learning Outcomes
You will learn:
• How to introduce Person Centred Planning into a persons life
• How to start a plan, in school/college and outside school
• Gain an insight into how to creatively get a working plan started
• How to create a circle of support
• How to community connect
We at imagineer believe that you are never too young to start a Person Centred Planning and when you are in for one of the biggest changes in your life it is very important to get your plan done right from the start. With help from your peers imagineer can give you advice and techniques to help you create a meaningful plan that can follow you into later life, this helps people within you circle of support understand who you are, what is important to you and how you want to live your life.

This course is for anyone with an interest in young adults with support needs achieving the best lifestyle after school or college, whether you are a parent, carer or someone who works with young adults with needs. Especially those who want to find different approaches to the traditional routes. Our aim is to help and guide you on how to do this and give the young person you are working with a voice.
