Description

The bungalow has a large activity room with two pool tables and has been decorated with sporting personalities such as gymnasts, boxers, rugby and football figures. We have a TV room with large tv, games stations and blu-ray player, (the TV room is air conditioned for comfort in warmer weather) two quiet room, a canteen/computer room (with 6 new computer stations). Offices, meeting room (which can be used as a quiet room or games room too) and a large car park.

We do intend to be out and about most of the time but have facilities for warming up food and can go to the local shops if we stay in the base. We provide a daycare service for young adults with learning disabilities. (Monday to Friday. 8.30am - 4.00pm).

We have a pick up and drop off service free of charge within the Hull area. We have a large modern bungalow where our activities include; pool, computer lessons with our I.T. Instructor, board games, quizzes and arts and crafts. We have regular trips to; bowling, swimming groups, gym sessions in a new state of the art gym, and indoor sports. Plus day trips to Leeds Royal Armouries, Doncaster Dome, York Railway and Air Museums, Whitby, Bridlington and other local attractions and sporting events.

Our aim is to p rovide activities ranging from watching movies to rock climbing. We actively listen to parents and carers about their loved ones choices when organising any activities. We also work to integrate our young adults into into everyday life. We are hoping in the near future to open a weekend group and where we will attend sporting fixtures and an in-base evening group!

We do have only limited places available.
