The Help at Hand service at Yorkshire Housing is passionate about promoting positive ageing, supporting people to live well. This includes helping people to live well in their own home, help with finding suitable accommodation, or providing a safe, secure and welcoming home in one of our sheltered housing schemes or extra care locations.
