St Wilfrids is a day service for vulnerable people who may suffer mental health problems or learning difficulties. In providing welfare services and a raft of educational activities including a skills workshop, we hope to help people overcome barriers of social exclusion and provide them with the opportunity to improve their quality of life. Clients come from throughout Sheffield. We welcome all people, regardless of creed, culture or race and can assure you of a warm and friendly atmosphere.

Allotment
Why not get away from it all with a flask of hot coffee, fresh snacks and a team of great friends. Climb on-board our minibus for a short trip to the allotment and enjoy the spectacular views across Sheffield and into the moors. If you’ve never tried tending a garden, you’ll be surprised how easy and how rewarding it is to join in and see your efforts turn into healthy and strong plants, fruit and vegetables.

At the allotment you’ll receive all the help and guidance you need - no matter how new you are to gardening. Clothing and tools are provided along with easy to understanding instruction. Soon you’ll be taking pride in growing and looking after your own plot and glad that you discovered just how much fun your weekly allotment visit can be!

Availability & Pricing Information
Our costs for those eligible for Self Directed Support are £45.00 a full day and £30.00 for a half day session. This activity is run Tuesdays 10.30am and Wednesdays at 1.30pm.
