Our Community Hubs
Leading Lives offers daytime support, for adults with multiple and complex needs, at our building based Community Hubs across Suffolk.

They offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, available on a full day, half day or sessional basis.

Activities and Opportunities can be accessed in house and through the local community.

Our Hubs are a place where people can feel safe, make and meet friends and experience new things.

When Lowestoft is open?
Lowestoft Hub is Open:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 9am - 4pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9am - 3pm.

What Lowestoft has to offer?
Lowestoft is situated in North Suffolk and is Britain’s most easterly seaside resort. Boasting 2 award winning beaches, close to the Broad’s National Park it has a number of tourist attractions close by.

The Hub is set in pleasant, well established grounds with ample parking and is placed centrally in Lowestoft near to public transport links.

The Hub is spacious, airy and well decorated with many facilities including sensory room, IT suite, training rooms, accessible kitchen, sport, music & art rooms and has private gardens & patio areas. The whole build is accessible with wifi and modern shower & toilet facilities.
As well as facilitating a host of sessions, courses & workshops throughout the day in our hub we are part of our community too. By foot or using our own accessible vehicles on a weekly basis we go to local leisure & sports facilities for swimming, gym & trampolining; parks & gardens for walking & football matches and visit local attractions. We have ‘Fabba’ a theatre company in Lowestoft and Great Yarmouth; a Performing Arts dance group and ‘Pedal & Ride’ a thrilling cycling experience for people with disabilities.

Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able.

Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs and aspirations.
