Every Monday and Tuesday afternoon PFC and its staff hold conversation and discussion groups for attending service users. The nature of the talks range from what individuals may have done the previous week to more pressing matters such as benefits, accommodation and bullying issues. The talks are very popular and we have introduced guest speakers in the past with the emphasis being on service user issues (and therefore service users led), many issues that the talks have raised have prompted action in our services such as organizing trips to trying different cooking activities and as a Centre we actively encourage these suggestions.
