Live in Care Our service user base covers:
a) Adults with physical disabilities;
b) Frail elderly people;
c) Elderly mentally infirm people;
d) People with long term medical conditions
e) People in need of rehabilitation or support following hospital discharge;
f) People with sensory loss;
g) People with terminal illness;
h) People with mental health problems (light mental health issues that does not need intervention of Psychologist/Counselors and/or Mental Health Teams or our support is possible e.g. bi-polar, depressed, mild autism, after support of alcoholics;
i) People with specific mental health issue like Dementia (we would need to liaise with other professionals when Dementia is fully advanced e.g. later stages of Alzheimer’s or later stages of Lewy Body Dementia, however can work with service users during the early stages and are training staff to work with mid-term stages too)
