Description

We provide day care for younger people who are diagnosed with dementia before their 65th birthday. Our centre is homely and person centred, offering a wide range of activities and outings to meet individual need. Personal care is included. Meals and transport can be provided at an additional cost. We offer hourly or sessional attendance as required by the individual.

This service is available Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm.
