Peace of Mind
We understand that our clients prefer to remain in their own home, surrounded by their home comforts and memories.  However, sometimes we do need a level of security and reassurance that, should any help be required, someone will be there, ready and trained to act.  This is the essence of our Live-In service for people who do not need 24-hour care but do need defined support tailored to their needs, day and night.

This service is delivered by a carefully selected Care Team who, during the day will support your needs, which we will discuss in detail with you.

During the night, our Live-in Service assumes that both you and your Carer will get a good night’s sleep but your Carer will be there to help if you 2 awake for brief periods. One of our main concerns is to provide both you and your loved ones the reassurance that someone will be on hand, if you need help.

24-hour Support
Should your requirements become more complex and your needs more extensive at night-time, we would adjust your Care Team to provide more support when it is needed. Generally, this will require a team of two, or possibly three Carers who would operate around the clock to deliver the highest possible quality of care.

We understand that the choice of carers is of paramount importance when delivering Live-in support and we will ensure that you are comfortable by introducing your team to you before any service commences.

As with our other services, our Live- In/24 hour plans, are bespoke to you as an individual and we would be happy to discuss your particular needs.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
