Workmates - an opportunity for people to develop skills to become more independence and could lead to further work experience or even paid work.

Producing something tangible that you can sell or helping others gives trainees a sense of purpose and builds confidence and self-esteem.

Our Projects include:
The Garden Crew -is a community based, work experience scheme. It provides gardening services to community spaces and individuals in need who live in the local community.

Barnie's Cafe - experiencing the hustle and bustle of working in a community cafe. Trainees will have the opportunity to work in different roles at the community café and improve social skills through team working and interacting with the public.

Life's Little luxuries - making homemade organic and chemical free bath and beauty products to sell on our on-line shop and market stall. Trainees have the opportunity to be involved in making products, packaging, selling and marketing.

Plot to Plate - Sessions provide a link between growing and eating food. Learning about healthy eating, cooking basic meals and improving physical health through regular exercise such as gardening.

With emphasis on the importance of person-centred planning, we support families and work in partnership with other professionals to enable people to enjoy work and a social life in their community.
