Description

Lifeways provides community-based support for people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, mental health needs, physical disabilities, sensory needs and Autism across Yorkshire. Our community support services can assist you with promoting your independent living skills, personal care, accessing education, training and employment, budgeting and finance assistance, Personal Assistant services and staff matching, accessing community and leisure services, advice and help with home safety, health and wellbeing, help to manage post and bills and linking to cultural services.


Support and care services can be provided from a few hours each week through to 24 hours a day 7 days a week depending on the needs of the individual, this may include a staff sleep-in or waking night facility. Offices are open between the hours of 9am to 5pm, outside of which an on-call service is provided to ensure staff have access to management support 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

The hourly rate is an advisement and subject to change depending on the needs of the individual.
