Assisted Shopping call. 

Do you require help to go shopping and out and about in the local community but struggling to complete these daily task. Are you living alone and finding that the task of getting your shopping and putting this away has become a struggle. We at Louise and Claire's services can offer the same experienced support worker that will come to every visit. Continuity of care is most important part of your package of support so you know who is coming into your life and home and we understand that trust is very important to you. Our staff will be firstly introduced before your package starts so this will give you both the chance to meet and get to know you and your needs. We will keep a full financial correspondence in your home with all receipts unless you are managing your own money.

If your regular support worker is on holiday or unfortunately on sick leave we will provide a second member of staff, We will introduced before hand so you will have the reassurance that holiday cover or sickness isn't a issue for you are your package of support.

If you do receive a budget from direct payments team at  Rotherham council then please be reassured that we have matched our hourly rate set by this budget. Please speak to your social worker or fair of charging at Rotherham council regarding this.

Wherever possible we will provide a car driver to take you out and about and to destinations you wished to go to please see details below for additional costing outside of Rothrham, If you do require wheelchair accessible transport then we will book this every week either using door to door or wheelchair accessible taxi so this can be run alongside your time and day you have asked for.  

Cost Details

£14.18 per hour this includes petrol cost.  If out off Rotherham borough we charge 20p per mile paid to the support worker to cover the fuel cost this only applies if going to areas out off Rotherham but does include crystal peaks.
