Description

This is a service where the individual has a break from their families or usual carers , it is provided in the Shared Lives Carers home and can be for one night or as many nights that the individual wishes to stay. We also provide emergency respite which is when there has been an emergency at the individuals home, this service can be for as many nights as is required until the emergency is resolved. There are 3 costing bands for the respite service which are dependant on the individuals needs.

Basic Band - £317.80 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee
                   £45.40 per 1 night respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee

Medium band - £365.61 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee
                      £52.23 per 1 night respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee

High band - £386.96 per 7 day respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee
                  £55.28 per 1 night respite stay (24hr period) plus 13.5% management fee
