Our Community Support services can assist you with: promoting your independent living skills, personal Care, accessing education, training and employment, budgeting and finance assistance, Personal Assistant services and staff matching, accessing community and leisure services, advice and help with home safety, health and wellbeing, help to manage post and bills and linking to cultural services.
