Description

We support adults at risk with an age range of 18-65.

All service users have a person-centred care plan devised to meet their individual needs and preferences.

Keys to private rooms are available for all service users.

The team support, promote, encourage services users to personalise their communal space and their own rooms. Service users are supported and encouraged to maintain relationships through regular visits from family and friends.

It is important to us that service users are involved in all decisions made towards promoting their independence with support from support workers.

We will work closely with you and your family members to break down barriers and overcome problems that may have arisen during your illness and aim to offer the range of support needed to enable you to work towards achieving your most positive outcome.
