Upholstery cleaning
Your furniture is as important to a room’s appearance as your carpet. That’s why we use the same process for upholstery cleaning that we do for carpet cleaning. Our exclusive two-step upholstery cleaning system includes a specially formulated pH-balancing fibre rinse that removes cleaning solution residue right along with deep-down dirt, leaving nothing behind but clean, fresh-smelling fabric and furniture. Your furniture won’t be left wet for days on end, we will dry the furniture as we go so the time scale for drying when we leave should be just one or two hours.

Inspection of your upholstery maybe necessary to determine what kind of fabrics are involved, and decided what kind of cleaning method would be suitable to accomplish a safe cleaning process.

Your total satisfaction is at the centre of our efforts, so before we proceed we would normally test a small area of fabric to be absolutely sure that you will be happy with the results and that no unexpected colour loss or damage may occur.

We will clean the upholstery by pre-spraying with a delicate, non-toxic chemical to break up the dirt and stains. After we will rinse the chemical out using a special hand tool designed to work all of the dirt out to ensure a deep clean that lasts. The machine is also used to apply a rinse aid to help remove most of the moisture, but more importantly to balance the pH levels back to neutral making sure that the fibres do not re-soil as quickly.

Rug cleaning
A rug can be a priceless possession and with so many different delicate materials and fibres’ it is important to follow the correct procedure to the manufactures cleaning instructions.

Cleaning a rug with harsh detergents will sap the life out of the colours and leave the rug looking tired once it has dried, that’s why at professional cleaners we will use a none detergent based solution and then restore the pH balance back to its original condition by using an acidic mineral based solution, this method is important as to ensure no cleaning solution is left behind leaving the rug as good as new and pH neutral.

Hard floor cleaning
