About Us
Craegmoor is the leading independent support provider for individuals with enablement needs. We services to adults and young people over 16 years. Specialists in Autism specific Services, Complex Needs and Positive Behavioural Approaches. The main service user needs we support are mental health, learning disabilities and autism.

Aire House
Aire House is a 24 hour service, providing quality support for adults with learning disabilities. Everyone is encouraged to contribute to the development and evaluation of their own Person Centred plan. It is also encouraged that family members, social workers and other chosen by the individuals are involved in this process. We encourage family involvement and support everyone to maintain and build relationships of their choice, while promoting individual independence.

Within their Person Centred Plan, we encouraged people to list their own goals and how they would like to achieve them. We evaluate a persons current skills and support them to further develop at a pace suited to them. These plans are regularly reviewed to reflect individual preferences and the support we provide. We are committed to encouraging and supporting individuals to develop the skills they need to live as independently as possible.

There are many educational and activity programmes to get involved in at Aire House. Activities include attending the local college and adult training centres. Within the house we continually and consistently promote the development of social skills, independent living and personal responsibility. These includes daily skills such as cooking, doing laundry and cleaning. Tasks are dependent upon each individuals ability. The people who live here are very proud of their home as they have so much involvement creating it. Many enjoy the social occasions arranged by Aire House, such as: eating out, going shopping, going to music concerts, football or rugby matches, trips at theme parks, visits to the local Turkish Spa baths and much, much more.

We also support people to have social leave as well as an annual holiday. We do everything we can to improve the health and wellbeing of the individuals we support and as a team we are focused on building positive outcomes for everyone.

Cost
The cost of £957.89 is a weekly base fee. For additional 1-1 support, there is a cost of £15.00 per hour and £13.80 per hour for outreach support.
