• Personal care is available for any daily tasks you may need support with, such as bathing, showering, applying creams and lotions, dressing and toileting, all in the comfort of your own home
• Premier Care Carers will be willing to undertake light domestic tasks such as hoovering, dusting and general cleaning, washing up, and personal laundry.
• We will do your shopping and go on errands such as collecting prescriptions or newspaper/magazines.
• Our Carer staff will prepare breakfast, mid-day meals, evening meals or supper, and any other snacks and drinks that service users may require during the day.
• Premier Care can accompany you to social activities or your day centre. We can spend time with you, helping you to learn new skills or how to get a particular task done.
• Premier Care Services can offer service users a flexible service in respect of providing care services at or through the night:
- Night duty (awake) - this service is for service users that require frequent attention during the night.
- Night duty (sitting) - this service is for service users that may require some attention during the night.
- Night duty (sleeping) - this service ensures that the client is not left alone during the night.
Carer staff will ask that a bed is provided and they will remain with the client during the night. Staff will be expected to be called periodically during the night.
• Our dedicated Care staff will ensure you or your loved one remain living comfortably in your own home.
• We also provide support with the followings:
• Managing medication
• Helping to mobilise in and around the home
• Clinical care including catheter and stoma management and PEG feeding
Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day.
