Description
Crossroads Care Rotherham is a charitable organisation - We care for people not for profit. We have strong links with local voluntary and community sector organisations and will provide information and signposting as required. We are registered with the CQC and our latest report can be seen here.
We provide a specialist dementia service which is designed to support people with dementia and their carers to remain living safely and independently in their own home, enjoying a full and active life as possible.
