Description

Here at the Lincolnshire House Activity Centre we hold a short but effective session of simple exercises suitable for anyone with the ability to move their arms or legs. Our instructor lead the session by example and uses manageable aids such as stretch bands etc., to put individuals through their paces.

Other staff members and volunteers join in and assist individuals where necessary to get the most possible out of the sessions. This is then followed by a period of simple relaxation exercises to music, again suitable for anyone who has arm and leg movement, assisted once again by our staff and volunteers where necessary.
