If you receive a Personal Budget, Personal Health Budget, or fund your own care and support we can work with you to develop a package of support that is built around your own needs and wishes.

 We provide a personalised service by putting you at the centre of your support and offering choice and control over how your support is delivered. We offer a wide range of services that can be tailored to meet your own individual needs.

The services we provide depend upon each individual we work with. This could range from supporting you to live independently within your own home, to accessing the community, going on holiday, or getting a job.

This includes, but is not limited to support with the following:
 • Personal care needs
 • Domestic tasks
 • Medication
 • Training and skills development
 • Companionship
 • Support to pursue your own interests
 • Escort to appointments
 • Support to find a job or voluntary work
 • Support to access community and leisure activities

Your support is developed around you and your needs, wishes and goals, meaning that you can choose:
 • How much support you want
 • Who provides your support
 • When you want it delivered
 • How you want it delivered

Choice and Control
We aim to involve you in all aspects of your support package. This includes the recruitment of your own Personal Assistants. You can specify what skills and attributes you would like your Personal Assistant to have and you can be involved in drawing up the job advert and person specification. We can then work together to develop questions for the interview and if you would like you can be involved with meeting and interviewing the potential candidates. You can be involved as much or as little as you choose.
