Our qualified, respectful care staff are experienced in supporting you with all your personal care and support needs and will appreciate the importance of respecting your dignity at all times. Our care staff are understanding and sympathetic, without being patronising. We understand that, age, illness or a disability can make it difficult for people to do the things, which they used to do without even thinking about them, this can sometimes be frustrating or embarrassing for people. All our support will be designed to meet your specified needs with a Provider Support Plancreated tailored to your individualised needs. The support plan will be devised with you and any family, or loved ones you wish to assist you. The Provider Support Plancan be reviewed as frequently as you like. The support we provide will always ensure we help you maintain the highest level of independence in all the areas you ask us to assist you with.  Our helpful caring staff will support you to have a bright fresh start to your day. Our staff can assist you to get up in the morning, use the toilet, clean your teeth, wash (shower or bathe), shave, get dressed, and support to prepare and have breakfast. In the evenings we will support you with getting ready for bed, with undressing and getting into bed.

Our staff are also experienced to support you with continence care, grooming tasks such as, hair washing/drying and combing, foot care, as well as assist you with choosing and looking after your clothes.

We understand that every person is an individual, with his or her own unique personal needs, preferences and values. Our care and support will be personalised to your individual requirements.
