Description
We are running an Asian Foods course and Yorkshire Traditional Dishes course this September aimed at people with specific support needs such as cognitive impairments, learning disabilities or other impairments that require a slower and more supportive learning environment. The Asian Foods include Thai and Indian dishes such as Thai Green Curry, noodle and rice dishes. Our Yorkshire Traditional Dishes include a lovely Onion Gravy, Chicken and Leek Pie, and we go sweet on the last week with Yorkshire Curd Tarts!
Each course will run in 10 weekly classes, each lasting up to 2 hours each as follows:
Asian Food will run on Wednesdays from 3.45pm- 5.30pm starting on 17th September 2014 and finishing 26th November 2014. There is no class on Wednesday 29th October during half term. (NB Due to academy regulations our customers as required to arrive no earlier than 3.30pm.)
Yorkshire Traditional Dishes will run on Saturdays from 10am-12noon starting on 20th September 2014 and finishing 29th November 2014. There is no class on Saturday 1st November during half term.
The current cost of a course is £190.00 (or £175 for self funders for certain concessions). This includes the cost of all ingredients which are provided. Customers take away dish for two- please bring a large Tupperware box.
