The Yoga Sanctuary is the one and only purpose built yoga centre in Rotherham offering high quality techniques to help with:

• Improving posture
• Managing and relieving pain in various joints - spine, knee, back, shoulder, hips
• Learning stress coping skills

Find a better quality of life at work and home through yoga, meditation and breathing.

We offer a course of yoga for £70.00. This includes 12 x 1.5 hour sessions per course, each session includes meditation, breathing and yoga postures. Payment may be made in two instalments. If student misses a session can make up by going to any other class during the same term.

The class is Tuesday 12.00 noon - 1.30pm
