Description
We support the elderly, physically disabled, learning disabled, People living with Autism, individuals with forensic history, challenging behaviour, communication impairment, mental health and complex health needs.
Dedicated staff are on hand 24-hours a day to provide people with support as required. We understand that our services and team need to be an integral part of the functioning of a supported living scheme; have full working knowledge of the schemes, the facilities and the opportunities and resources that the local community can bring.
Our schemes have various onsite facilities for all residents and guests to enjoy and be involved with including:
- Social activities
- Gardens
- Library/IT suite
- Lounge/communal areas
- Alarm services
- Repairs/maintenance
We provide support to service users to access the activities of their choice on our schemes and, wherever possible, help them to remain part of wider community activities.
The support we provide include the following:
- Personal Care
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living
- Respite Care
- Access to special facilities and support to use specialist equipment
- Access to all medical and non-medical services, e.g. dentist, optician, neurology, urology, chiropody, hairdressing etc.
- Access to Day Centres
- Support to seek voluntary or paid employment
- Support to access further education
