Description

At Theresa Care, we offer 1:1 support with medication. This can be from prompting, assisting and preparation, which includes opening medication containers, tubes or boxes and offering a drink to take with the medication. We also provide full medication administration to our customers, as required, to ensure our customers maintain regular medication routines. Additionally, we are able to collect prescriptions on behalf of our customers from the pharmacy.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price. Prices start from £16 per hour.
