Description

We offer one to one support to people with mental health needs to support them develop skills around daily living tasks- shopping, cleaning etc but also support to help you get out and engage in activities in the community. Support will be geared towards your personal needs and goals.

We would ask you to complete an assessment form prior to acceptance on the service to ensure we are able to offer you the support you require.

The service at the moment only has a small capacity so we may not be able to offer you a service immediately.

Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
