Description

We have 10 places available each day on a retail project. The 10 people involved will be given in house training in a retail project that makes and sells craft products within the wider community. We will work on areas such as marketing, production, stock management and selling. When each person is ready we will access appropriate accredited training for them. Our staff have vocational experience and have worked in education for over 10 years. We will draw up individual plans for each person so that they know what they are aiming towards and can tick off targets as they are met. This offers every person a clear plan to work towards. The price includes a contribution towards travel and lunches for each person involved. We also offer an initial meeting to plan individual targets and discuss individual requirements. this will be reviewed regularly with your mentor and if needed changed so that new skills can be developed. We operate a simple terms and conditions policy so that both parties are protected.
