Social Presentation Skills
How you present socially can have an impact on their self-esteem and feelings of social inclusion. By developing their awareness of citizenship issues and a sense of social responsibility, you can be encouraged to consider their social presentation and invest in their community.
The units in this section enable you to explore the importance of personal hygiene, community resources, appropriate communication, assertiveness, rights and responsibilities and the criminal justice system.
They will also have the opportunity to learn practical skills such as using public transport, following maps, writing letters, sending emails, using the telephone and registering to vote.
