Immaculate Care aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves. We provide our service in your own home, at times convenient to you, and in ways you find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount.
We aim to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for service users and promote their active participation.
Our services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. Our Registered Manager or Care Co-ordinators are available during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm) and a Care Co-ordinator or other responsible person is available on call outside of these times (6:00am to 11:30pm).
