Through supporting you to become a volunteer, we can help you be active, try new things, meet new friends and be part of a team while developing new skills and building confidence.

We will work with you to complete an initial assessment of your needs, find out from you what your interests, skills, preferences and match these with available opportunities.

Once an opportunity has been identified for you we will provide you with support in the workplace until you are confident in your role. We will help you find a mentor within your work place and provide you with an individual learning plan with targets and objectives to help you develop work skills.

Once you are confident and settled in your role we will keep in touch with you to ensure you are happy and safe at work.
