Our Community Hubs
Leading Lives offers daytime support, for adults with multiple and complex needs, at our building based Community Hubs across Suffolk.
They offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, available on a full day, half day or sessional basis.
Activities and Opportunities can be accessed in house and through the local community.
Our Hubs are a place where people can feel safe, make and meet friends and experience new things.
When Rushmere is open?
Rushmere Hub is Open:
Mondays to Fridays 9.00am till 4.00pm
What Rushmere has to offer?
Rushmere community hub is situated on the outskirts of Ipswich, not far from Colchester road. We occupy the building which was originally the village primary School. We offer a wide range of in house activities which include music, indoor sports, cooking and art.
We have extensive outdoor areas, where customers can help grow our own vegetables, experience our sensory garden, or just relax and enjoy the wildife. The Hub benefits from a fully equipped sensory room which can be used by customers or booked by other members of the community. We have good connections with the local community including the Baptist church, cafe 66 and Mencap. In addition to our regular activities we hold fun/theme days throughout the year.

Your support
Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able.
Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs and aspirations.
