Supported living services enables people to live in their own home instead of in residential care or with family. We can support individuals to have their own place, or to share with others. We empower individuals to access opportunities and activities out in the local community through offering life choices. We support people who have a learning disability or neurological disorder who wish to live independently in their own home. All support is tailor made to each individuals needs and is flexible to suit the life that you live and the choices that you make.
We offer a range of support based on individual needs and aspirations.
This can include support with:
• maintaining medical checkups and wellbeing
• household tasks
• personal care
• maintaining a tenancy
• taking medication
• money management
• building links with friends, family and the community
• social and leisure activities
• making healthy lifestyle choices

You can access supported living using your personal budget or other form of direct payment, by paying with private funds, or with funding directly from your local authority.
