Description

An advocate is someone who will speak on your behalf or support you to express your views and wishes. We realise that not everyone has the confidence to deal with everyday life so the advocacy service is designed to help you.

An advocate will make a telephone call on your behalf if you feel unable to do it yourself, an advocate will support you at a meeting and/or speak on your behalf if you wish. An advocate can help you to write a letter of compliment or complaint and deal with difficult situations.

An advocate will always reflect your views, opinions or beliefs regardless of what they believe. An advocate will not provide advice but will act on your behalf as if they were you. The advocacy service is provided for all adult carers and anyone over 50 years of age.

For further information, and to confirm your requirements and price, please submit an information request outlining your requirements and we will respond, alternatively please contact us on 01652 650585.
