Our supported living service enables adults with learning disabilities to live independently in their own home instead of residential care or with the family. Forget me not can support individuals to have their own place or share with others.

Our support workers can offer 24 hour support, sleeping cover or a waking night care. Each requirement is catered for the individual.

All our carers, support workers and volunteers are trained in accordance with CQC requirements and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.
