Our focus is low cost counselling for all. We treat everyone with the utmost respect and every client can explore their thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. We have strong connections with the NHS, and we pride ourselves on delivering a quality low-cost counselling service and mental health support which is accessible and affordable to all.

Care To Listen specialises across the breadth of counselling issues, which could include relationships, bereavement, anxiety and depression, trauma and low self-esteem, amongst many others. By looking at the ways people think, behave and feel, together we can explore what aspects of a person’s life could be changed to solve particular problems.

All assessments: £20 - Fee to be paid at time of booking 

Day Time Sessions: £25-£45 (Mon – Sat 9am – 4pm) 

Evening sessions: £30-£45(Mon- Fri 5pm – 8pm) 

Payments can be made by cash, credit card, debit card or BACS.
