Our Community Hubs
Leading Lives offers daytime support, for adults with multiple and complex needs, at our building based Community Hubs across Suffolk.
They offer a range of activities and learning opportunities, available on a full day, half day or sessional basis.
Activities and Opportunities can be accessed in house and through the local community.
Our Hubs are a place where people can feel safe, make and meet friends and experience new things.
When Stowmarket is open?
Stowmarket Hub is Open:
Mondays to Fridays 9.00am till 4.00pm
What Stowmarket has to offer?
Stowmarket Community Hub is set in beautiful grounds, near the Centre of the Town. The great outdoor space enables activities such as horticulture, nature and there are patio areas for people to make the most of any good weather when we have it.
There is a well-equipped multi-sensory room, a kitchen for cooking or baking for fun and learning, an art room and club room for a range of socialising and training. The large hall hosts a variety of music activities as well as supporting indoor sports and hosting a range of one off productions and events. The cafeteria provides a range of hot lunches and snacks. Groups go out from the Hub to use community facilities such as the sports centre. The hub also runs a community lunch / drop-in, ‘The Red Squirrel Café’.

Your Support
Leading Lives staff work in person centred ways to support and promote people to achieve their aspirations and remain as independent as they are able.
Support needs are assessed when you register with the service and individual packages and programmes agreed to best suit your needs and aspirations.
