Imperial Lodge employ experienced staff to provide 24 care and support.

Staff will offer consistent support & care both one-to-one and as part of a group.  Each resident will be offered a key worker who they feel comfortable and confident working with.

Key workers will utilise knowledge and skills to co-ordinate structured care and support in order to help develop residents identified needs, skills and aspirations.

Staff at Imperial Lodge are employed from a range of relevant backgrounds and form a diverse and passionate team.

We strive to keep residents healthy, active and involved in the community through a planned, focused and comprehensive care package.

Participation, empowerment, inclusion, creativity and choice are fundamental to Imperial Lodge’s philosophy of mental health care and support.

We work with residents on personal, practical and emotional development.  Progress along with changing needs are frequently assessed.
