PARITY CARE provide individualised support packages including:

- Personalised support package

- Support plans / Activity planner

- Feedback sheet after every activity

- Risk assessments

- Regular review of your support and activity plans, evaluating you’re progress, ensuring continued progression, gaining maximum benefit from you’re support hours.
